These terms govern your use of Aster. By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your organization.
Your account
You're responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping credentials secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content
You own the conversations and data you connect. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service to you.
Acceptable use

Don't connect data you don't have the right to process.
•
Don't attempt to reverse engineer or overload the service.
•
Don't use outputs to discriminate against individuals.
Billing & cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically. Cancel anytime from workspace settings; access continues until the end of the billing period.

We collect only what we need to run the service, and we never sell personal data.
What we process

Account data — name, email, workspace settings.

Connected content — conversations from sources you authorize.

Usage data — product events to improve reliability.
AI processing
KEY
Your content is never used to train shared or third-party models. Model providers process data under zero-retention agreements.
Your rights
Access, export, correct or delete your data at any time from settings, or by contacting our team.
